Getting healthy before the Holidays

It all started October 1st or as we in the LDS culture say... Conference weekend. I decided to take life by the horns yet again and really commit to a 7 day cleanse right after I got royally cleansed from a colonoscopy about a week prior. Needless to say I am a was feeling pretty cleaned out by the 2 week of October.

I purchased products from something I have been researching for some time now and finally got the funds to purchase the M3 pledge products, that include a vanilla all vegan protein shake, a chocolate fiber drink and some pills called Burn that help keep my metabolism up and help me burn calories through out the day and curb my munchies. I also purchased a product that is called Trim but as most of the people call it is Liquid Gold that helps absorb fat cells and helps with skin, joints and much more!!! During my 7 day kickstart I also took a 3 day product that is used to detox your body and cleanse your gut for good gut health support. It tasted like lime gatorade but looks like seaweed smoothie.

I lost a pound and a half and from last week I weighed 436. I got pretty upset and expected more as I gave up carbs, ate clean and healthy with veggies, the products and the trim. I was thankful to learn that others taking this product experience the same thing and learned that on this journey it is more about the way we are feeling, the inches we are losing rather than the calories we count and the pounds we record.

Honestly, I felt great!!! I got full faster, longer and had not munchies or cravings and had more energy. I am heading into my 3rd or maybe it is more like my 4th week on this product and I have done well and gave it my commitment, but then I just hit a wall and a sea of depression.

I have been struggling with my ankle in pain, my left elbow in pain and my back pain is still ever so present. Along with a laundry list of other issues of stress and just not getting the best sleep with my sleep apnea acting up.

THE Struggle is real and each day I press on.

I would like to say that I have sat down to dinners and only ate half of my meal, my stomach seems to be shrinking and I can go for long periods of time with out any hunger pain WHEN I am faithful to the program and I know that it can and will help me. I have noticed my pant feeling a bit looser, my wheezing not so severe and I notice a better and healthier me even if it is still 438 lbs.

I want to reach out to those that are my size, those that bigger than 300 lbs and the day to day of the reality of your situation.. I would say to you - "Keep moving regardless of movement, walk a little more each day, do a little more each day and do your best to eat better than the day before; you can do it if I can do it."
